Why should I use iPod repairs?
Because we are the original iPod repair specialists in the UK Est. 2001 and have more experience than anyone else in Europe when it comes to iPod and iPhone repairs.
Because we are not a virtual company run from a spare room, you can visit our office and have your iPod repaired while you wait.
How long do you take to repair my iPod?
We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround time, 98% of repairs are completed and despatched on the same day we receive your iPod or iPhone, you will be contacted on receipt if there is any delay
How do I get my iPod repaired?
You can come to our office in Ashford Kent and have it fixed in usually 2-3 hours. Directions here
Or if you are not local select and fill out a repair form on the Fix my iPod page, then package your iPod or iPhone carefully and post via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a similar insured carrier, or you can choose DPD collection at the checkout.
Does it void my apple warranty?
Repairs not conducted by the manufacturer will usually void your warranty. Accidental damage to your device is not covered under most manufacturer warranties.
Do you use cheap or copy parts in repairs?
We only use the highest quality grade A parts in all our repairs
What warranty do I get?
We offer 3 months warranty on all parts and repairs.
What happens if after testing you find it needs more than the repair I have paid for?
We will offer you the option to pay the difference and have your iPhone or iPod fixed
Or we can refund you what you have paid minus a £10 diagnosis fee plus return postage costs and return your iPod or iPhone as it arrived
Or refund you in full and dispose or recycle of it for you
How can I pay for my repairs?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Amex & PayPal via our online payment system.
Will I lose the data saved on my iPod?
Normally only if your having your hard drive or certain logic boards replaced, with all other repairs it is very rare to lose data but we can't be held responsible if it is lost in the repair process so please always make sure your iPod is backed up before you send it in.
My music is only saved on my iPod how to I back it up onto my computer?
There are quite a few programs out there, a couple we have used are http://ipodrip.com/ and http://www.ephpod.com
Will I get my actual iPod back or another refurbished one?
We work on your actual iPod or iPhone and return it to you.
What is your policy on private customer information?
We DO NOT sell or share your information with any third parties
Can I send my iPod to you in pieces?
You can send your iPod to us in pieces but due to the amount of time it takes our technicians to test these there will be an inevitable extended repair time and possibly extra cost.
